Rowing Varsity 2018 will be held on the 14th March at Tideway Sculler's School on the banks of the River Thames, every year both UCLBC and KCLBC send out their top athletes guaranteeing a fierce afternoon of close competition. Last year UCL took the win thanks to strong performances from the men and novice women, but with KCL’s Henley winning women taking a scalp for the seniors. We expect another exhilarating day of racing in the sunshine with Varsity rowing always throwing up a few surprises on the day! Come support your friends and watch UCL paint the Thames purple!

The 2018 Rowing varsity is a series of one on one 1km race from the university of London boat house to chiswick bridge. We have all abilities competing, from our novices who started in September, to our experienced seniors. Every year proves to be an exciting one, and the racing gets tighter every year. One wrong stroke could spell misery. Come and join us at the KCL boat house for food, drink and the purest sport on the varsity calendar
